Goodwin holds KWM integration session in New York

Goodwin brought its team of former King & Wood Mallesons lawyers to New York last week to help the team integrate into the firm. The team included Michael Halford, who previously served as KWM’s investment funds head. He joined with funds partners Laura Charkin, Patrick Deasy, Shawn D’Aguiar, and Ed Hall, along with 15 associates and five trainees from KWM. Samantha Lake Coghlan of Goodwin said the trip involved a private investment funds practice retreat, which included all members of the team aside from trainees.
