Merger will cut 300 support staff at CMS, Nabarro and Olswang

CMS Cameron McKenna, Nabarro and Olswang have announced that the firms will cut a number of roles in preparation for their upcoming three-way merger. A total of 300 UK-based support and secretarial functions will be eliminated across the three firms. CMS has the largest staff of non fee-earners, with a total of 1,730 globally and 269 in the UK. Olswang currently has 263 non fee-earning staff members, while Nabarro employs 313 staff members.
