Baker McKenzie hires Matthew Dening of Sidley Austin

Matthew Dening has joined Baker McKenzie, where he previously worked as a partner. Prior to re-joining Baker McKenzie, he served as managing partner of Sidley Austin in the firm’s City office. While at Sidley Austin, Dening was co-head of the firm’s finance team in London. He is slated to help Bakers boost its capabilities in structured capital markets and other corporate offerings.
