Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer hires three litigation partners for US practice

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has boosted its US litigation capability with the hire of three new partners. Marshall Fishman (from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel) and Timothy Coleman (from Dewey & LeBoeuf) will join the New York office, while Walter Stuart (from Vinson & Elkins) will join the Washington office. The three hires takes Freshfields’ US litigation practice – which launched in January 2009 – to a total of 11 partners and 40 fee earners.
