Another partner leaves Dewey & LeBoeuf

The dramatic overhaul in the management structure at Dewey & LeBoeuf has not yet stemmed the flow of partners leaving the firm, with antitrust litigator lawyer Eamon O’Kelly announcing that he is leaving the firm to join Arent Fox. This latest news brings the total number of partner departures to 38 this year. The head of Arent Fox’s New York office, Michael Blass, said: “It’s a valuable addition for us,” adding:“Eamon’s client work is a good complement to what we do in the health-care arena. His antitrust expertise will be a big asset.” The management overhaul was designed to address the concerns of the partnership, with chairman Steven Davis relocating to London to return to law practice and share power with four other partners.
