Guillaume Kessler leaves post art Olswang Paris head for Orrick

Guillaume Kessler has been hired away from his position as Paris head of Olswang by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. The hire comes in advance of Olswang’s upcoming merger with Nabarro and CMS Cameron McKenna. Kessler specializes in corporate finance matters including M&A, takeovers, private equity, restructurings, and joint ventures. He has been with Olswang since 2011, and has held previous positions at Brandford-Griffith & Associés, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Clifford Chance.
