Olswang partners open IP boutique in Munich and Paris
Following Olswang’s merger with CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro on 1 May, a number of lawyers have decided to leave the newly combined firm to pursue new opportunities. Among this group is former Olswang intellectual property partner Thomas Lynker, who recently launched a new IP boutique firm called Taliens. The boutique firm operates offices in Munich and Paris, and focuses on IP, media and tech matters. Lynker and former Olswang counsel Monika Stoehr are based in Munich, while Clara Steinitz and Jean-Frederic Gaultier are based in the firm’s Paris location.
