Linklaters appoints regional MP for Western Europe

Linklaters has appointed a new regional managing partner for Western Europe, with Amsterdam corporate partner Pieter Riemer taking over the role from Jean-Pierre Blumberg. Riemer will continue his client practice while sitting on the firm's executive committee, and he will step down as the Benelux representative to the firm's international board. Meanwhile, Blumberg will continue to work with the firm's senior management as co-head of global M&A.
