Olswang shuts Paris office out of CMS merger

Olswang has decided to close the doors on its Paris office ahead of a planned three-way merger with CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro. The office, which includes 18 staff members, is expected to disband by the end of the year when its current lease ends. The Paris office is led by France managing partner Guillaume Kessler. Olswang has not yet confirmed its plans for the firm’s remaining European operations, which include offices in Brussels, Madrid, and Munich. The Munich office is reported to be in talks regarding a potential merger with US firm Cooley.
