Olswang to close three European offices before merger

Olswang has announced three office closures ahead of the firm’s upcoming merger with CMS Cameron McKenna and Nabarro. The closures include locations in Brussels, Madrid and Paris. Olswang has not specified whether the Munich office will remain open, although the firm is reportedly in talks with Fieldfisher and Cooley regarding a takeover. The Brussels team will join CMS, and three Olswang Madrid lawyers have already joined CMS after their office closed in January. The firm has nor confirmed if the Paris team will also join CMS following the merger.
