More than 80% of partners at large US law firms are men

Only 19 percent of partners at American law firms with more than 100 lawyers are women, despite the fact that women have comprised more than 50 percent of law school graduates since 2000. According to a survey by Law3560, Sacramento-based firm McDonough Holland & Allen had the highest percentage of female partners with almost 35 percent.
